The National Irrigation Administration Agusan del Sur Irrigation Management
Office, through the CY 2026 GAA intends to apply the sum of ₱ 10, 230, 260.72 being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
RESTORATION OF EXISTING SIMULAO RIS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The National Irrigation Administration Agusan del Sur Irrigation Management
Office now invites bids for RESTORATION OF EXISTING SIMULAO RIS. Completion
of the Works is required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5
Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non
discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New
