The building of the Basic School of the Czechoslovak Army consists of six parts (pavilions). The pavilions are one-, two- and three-story, the roof covering consists of waterproofing asphalt modified strips. The building has a partial basement. Windows and doors are largely plastic with insulating double-glazed and partially wooden. The perimeter shell and roofs of the building are not insulated.
The subject of the construction part of the renovation of the building is the insulation of the facade with a contact insulation system based on mineral wool, waterproofing and insulation of all roofs, replacement of transparent window and door structures and insulation against ground humidity.
The subject of the solution is also the partial reconstruction of the interior spaces (some parts have already been reconstructed).
The subject of improving the quality of the internal environment is also the solution of controlled air exchange.
The subject of the electrical installation solution is the HR switchboard for the connection of decentralized recuperation systems units, protection of the building with a lightning rod, installation of photovoltaic panels, replacement of lamps, including electrical distribution.
