This is a protected monument (under the supervision of immovable heritage) where energetic and technical optimization has taken place and is the reason for the works. This concerns a building that must be largely divided into four compartments: • Banquet hall on the ground floor • Chapel on the first floor • Linked to a staircase (vertical circulation) and can be compartmentalized • Administrative premises behind the banquet hall and under the choir with an additional compartmentalized escape staircase from the floors. The chapel will be repurposed into a multipurpose space. In the context of fire prevention, a new outdoor escape staircase is being constructed in the side chapel, fire-resistant doors and new fire detection are being provided. The choir is opened up. In the As part of energetic optimization, the exterior carpentry is restored (diluted double glazing), the roofs are insulated and renewed.
