Restoration of the catering operation in the PN Bohnice area The expected subject of the public contract is/are in particular: a) Reconstruction of the building for the provision of catering services, including the provision of project preparation; b) Catering service equipment; c) Securing financing reconstruction of the building and the equipment of the catering operation from the supplier's own and external sources; d) Provision of catering services for PNB patients and employees for a specified period of 15 or 20 years; e) Building maintenance, including necessary reinvestments. Parameters catering operation: •Capacity for preparing up to 2, 300 lunches per day; •Delivery of food by tablet in the form of Cook&Serve to 45 distribution points; • Issuance of up to 650 lunches in the canteen for employees; •Providing pick-up and washing dishes. Estimated requirements for architectural solution: •Fully functional transformation of the object with maximum effort to preserve the character and elements of the surrounding environment; • Compliance with the requirements of historic preservation; •Required spaces: food preparation room and catering facilities, dining room, cafe, multifunctional hall for holding professional conferences, concerts, etc. with banquet kitchen, terrace. Expected duration of the concession: •24-36 months: design work, obtaining permits and construction •15 or 20 years: maintenance of the renovated building and provision of meals services The state will remain the owner of the land and the reconstructed building for the entire duration of the concession contract.
