Description : 1) The Municipal Government of El Nido, through the FY 2025, CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for RESTORATION OF BUCANA HANGING BRIDGE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of El Nido now invites bids for RESTORATION OF BUCANA HANGING BRIDGE (1 Lot General Requirements, 1 Lot Removal of Debris, 1 Lot Scaffoldings, 1 Lot Metal Structure). Completion of the Works is required Ninety-One (91) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
