Services are regulated by unit prices. - The development of menus by a state-certified dietitian, - The purchases and supply of foodstuffs necessary for the production of all food services, - The manufacturing of school meals in the 2 municipal kitchens (Vessiot and La Culasse schools), - Manufacturing of meals in the kitchen of the Silky Giraldi nursery, - Manufacturing of ACM meals during school holidays and Wednesdays (Schools Vessiot), - Service of basic meals in self-service and at self-service banks, - Preparation of nursery meals, - Clearing, washing dishes, maintenance and cleaning of dedicated areas (Vessiot, La Culasse and Silky crèches) Giraldi), - Entertainment around the meal, - Guarantee of hygiene and safety rules, - Monitoring of quality and guest satisfaction, - Communication with the Community and families, - Provision of a dietician present at the request of the Community at the monthly menu commissions, - Maintenance of kitchen equipment, - Management of all waste, - All the provisions described in this CCTP and in particular in Annex 1
