3.2. The subject of the order are restaurant services and the organization of these services for students of Primary School No. 77. T. Rewicza in Wrocaw, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 8 to SWZ Draft contract with annexes 3.3. Item the order referred to in point 3.2 was divided into a basic order and an option right, in accordance with the scope indicated below.3.3.1. The execution of the basic order includes restaurant services for students in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract, with provided that the preparation and serving of meals will begin no earlier than September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, on school days.3.3.2. The option right includes: restaurant services for students in the period from January 2, 2027 to June 30, 2027, in school days. 3.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, on the terms and in the circumstances specified in the draft agreement, Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
