Restaurant, cafe and catering services of the National Museum The object of the procurement are the restaurant, cafe and catering services of the National Museum located in Helsinki's Etu-Töölö of the Finnish Museum Agency ("Procurement Unit"). The procurement is carried out through an open procedure. The law on public procurement and right-of-use agreements (procurement act, 1397/2016) applies to procurement. It is a right-of-use agreement that exceeds the national threshold in accordance with Section 25 of the Procurement Act. The contract for the services is concluded once with the provider. The duration of the contract is five (5) years. The duration of the contract can be extended in accordance with Section 117 of the Procurement Act.
