Private Services Market aimed at the appointment of a Site Interface Manager (RIC) for a rehabilitation operation on two groups of housing units comprising 169 housing units in total in the Square Lully and Allée Lalo district in Saint-Etienne. You will be asked to write and transmit several deliverables to the program manager, representative of the project owner without it being necessary to request them (daily intervention report and monthly summary report). THE transmission and management methods are described in the technical brief of the holder. Meetings may take place as often as necessary with the program manager to coordinate missions. Duration of services: 24 months. Date Estimated start of work: October 2026.
