② not come under Article 6 of the Reguation concerning Contract for NHO ;

③ have Grade A, B or C in "Service Offer" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ;

④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, to initiate business of selling medical appliances ;

⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;

⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 September 24, 2026
