Expression of Interest are invited for Resilient Housing Technical Assistance in the Maldives (International)
The objective of the Resilient Housing Technical Assistance for the Maldives is to strengthen the capacity and increase the knowledge base on disaster and climate resiliency in the housing and building construction sector in the Maldives. The project will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (MNPHI), selected cities and atoll councils, and key stakeholders in the housing construction sector to: (a) Optimize the quality, disaster- and climate-resiliency of housing construction including construction standards, methodology and materials, and (b) Strengthen private sector and consumer engagement in green and energy-efficient construction and living.
The World Bank Group now invites eligible international firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate with one other international firm to enhance their qualifications.
