1) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, through the 20% MDF- Residual Waste Management and Disposal intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Three Pesos and 60/100 Only (Php 1, 317, 803.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Residual Waste Management and Disposal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz now invites bids for Residual Waste Management and Disposal. Delivery of the Goods/services must be ready to start operation immediately upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
