UNFPA Sri Lanka is looking for the follwoing services from hoteliers:Specification.SpecificationTraining from 05 06 October 2026Conference FacilityA training venue located within Colombo is required to host a residential training for 50 participants, scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Accommodation04 October 2026 - 03 rooms on H/B double room basis 05 October 2026 06 October 2026 night H/B Double room basis - for 50 participants (the number and the gender segregation of the participants are subject to change and will confirm closer to the date). 15 rooms06 October 2026 late checkout - 03 rooms may require late check-out (We will confirm the number of participants closer to the date)Catering Requirements:Morning and evening running tea / coffee with 2 or 3 snacks given and Lunch required from the hotel (note day one the morning (05 October 2026) refreshment to be arranged at 8:30am)Other requirements from the hotel2 Flip charts boards and with 2 flip chart papersNotepads and pencilWater bottles/water jarProjector & screenUninterrupted WiFi connection in the room to connect to the internet and play a few YouTube videos.Sound System
