1. All Documents Required on the Tender Page must be Submitted Electronically (Mawarid System) as Follows:
A First Attachment: Financial Offer.
B. Second Attachment: Technical Offer, All Relevant Details, and a Summary of the Company's Previous
Similar Projects.
C. Providing a Primary Bank Guarantee of not Less than 5% of the Estimated Value of the Tender, and it shall
Be Unconditional, Irrevocable and Valid for at Least 120 Days from the Date of Opening the Bids, and shall be
Renewable for Other 60 Days According to the Unified Financial System of Ajman Government.
2. Any Bids that do not Meet the above-Mentioned Conditions shall be Disqualified. The Department Maintains
The Right to Accept or Refuse Any Bid without Specifying the Reasons.
