The Town of Rosthern is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the acquisition and development of Lot 21, a 0.808-hectare (2-acre) municipally owned property designated for residential use. Situated within an established neighbourhood with convenient access to Highway 11, schools, and downtown amenities, the site is well suited for multi-unit, row housing, or other medium-density residential forms that align with the Town-s strategic priorities. The Town encourages creative, high-quality development concepts that promote affordability, sustainability, and long-term community growth. The successful proponent will be responsible for all phases of the project, including planning, design, servicing, and construction, in accordance with Town requirements and applicable regulatory approvals.
