RESERVATION SERVICE OF CLASSROOMS-EXTERNAL SPACES, EQUIPMENT AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES FOR PERFORMING STAFF SELECTION PROCESSES, TRAINING, MEETINGS, CONFERENCES AND EVENTS OF THE CATALAN WATER AGENCY Description of the service: The object of the contract is the hiring an external company to provide the ACA with all the necessary elements to carry out training, meetings, selection processes, etc.; absolutely necessary to carry out various personnel selection processes through tenders open to all citizens, such as competitions restricted to internal staff of the organization, both to fill new vacant positions, and to carry out internal promotion processes. This company will have to make available to the ACA rooms-spaces, and all the services associated with the realization of the events according to their characteristics, technical support, reprography, monitors, audio, connections (voice-data). This contract does not entail the assignment of the spaces on a permanent basis, but the availability temporary and timely according to the needs of the ACA. Punctual and flexible provision is required.
