description of work:
nutrition north canada (nnc), diand, is seeking the services of a contractor to conduct research in response to a specific area of interest. The research will explore the socio-economic impacts associated with the implementation of surface access for communities that are/were otherwise isolated, as well as the impact for communities that experience an extended disruption of their surface access. Thorough research and analysis of the factors affected by a change in community isolation status is required.
