The subject of the contract is the supply of devices and equipment intended for biotechnology. The subject of the contract consists of individual devices belonging to the group of biotechnology I and to biotechnology III and is divided into four separate parts as follows:

a) Research infrastructure - equipment deliveryin and equipment intended for biotechnologies I. - Fermentor 300 l (hereinafter also SUBJECT 1 or part 1),

b) Research infrastructure - supply of equipment and equipment intended for biotechnologistse I. - Cultivation equipment - preparation of inocula (hereinafter also SUBJECT 2 or part 2),

c) Research infrastructure - supply of devices and equipment intended for biotechnology I. - Bioreactor for extractive fermentation (hereinafter also SUBJECT 3 or part 3),

(these are devices for aseptic cultivation of production microorganisms and preparation of recombinant biocatalysts);

d) Research infrastructure - supply of devices and equipment intended for biotechnology III. - Centrifuge (hereinafter also PREDMET 4 or part 4),
