This tender concerns a framework agreement for annual investigation into compliance with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. The code regulates the relationships between the board, the Supervisory Board and the (general meeting of) shareholders. The code contains widely supported principles and best practice provisions for good business board of listed companies established in the Netherlands. The aim of the code is to bring about a proper and transparent system of checks and balances within the Netherlands based on listed companies established in the Netherlands.
