The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to developing a research brief on the feasibility of measuring unmet needs for healthcare and social care in the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Region which includes 21 Member States (Afghanistan, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Islamic Republic of Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen) and the occupied Palestinian territory (including East Jerusalem).
