The scope of works includes the following: • Construction of two 3, 200 sq ft structural steel greenhouses. • Supply, installation and retrofitting of a 40ft container to include an office, storage (for pesticides and fertilizers), and a restroom area, along with a requisite tertiary treatment system. • Equipping greenhouses with rainwater harvesting systems and the retrofitted container with a photovoltaic system. • Supply and installation of six (6) 1, 500- gallon water tanks, benches, two (2) solar-powered water pump and two (2) automated fertigation systems for the greenhouses. • Rehabilitation of a 3, 200 sq ft hardening house, including re-cladding of the insect screen and roof repairs for the temperature-controlled inner glass house. • Installation of 250 ft of cupboards with solidsurface counter-tops in a tissue culture laboratory.
