Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Carigara, through the 20% Development Fund - 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Removal & Replacement of Existing Roofing & Framing (Partial) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Carigara now invites bids for Removal & Replacement of Existing Roofing & Framing (Partial) Completion of the Works is required 45 CD. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
