Description : 1) The Bureau of Customs, through the appropriation under CY 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Twenty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Pesos and 40/100 (PhP24, 028, 989.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Reroofing of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Office of the Commissioner (OCOM) Building”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Customs now invites bids for Reroofing of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) Office of the Commissioner (OCOM) Building is required for 3 months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Bid Data Sheet.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
