⑤ Prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑦ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑧ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from Japan Health Insurance Association
