Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the requirements database service to be implemented for the management of the information requirements of the Norwegian Railways Agency, which will digitize the current distributed and document-based operating model as well as the related manual and interpretation-based instructions and processes. The requirements database service enables a centralized, structured and machine-readable management of information requirements and their consistent utilization in the planning, construction and maintenance processes of the Finnish Railways Agency. The service uses data requirements changes and versions can be managed, linked to metadata and standards, and used automatically in, for example, validation and data transfer. The acquisition includes the development, maintenance and operation of the requirements database.
