The Municipality of Kincardine is seeking qualified bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of street planter trees, flowers and other horticultural materials associated with the care and maintenance of horticultural displays to the Municipality of Kincardine, Ontario. Work shall be completed no later than May 31, 2024. The contractor will source, and/or grow, supply, and install plants and materials for the Municipality-s Community Services Department at various street planter locations and at the downtown library within Kincardine. The contractor will ensure that plants and materials delivered/installed meet the standard expected by the municipality. Upon delivery, plants will be healthy and meet the specified requirements of each species. The contractor will guarantee their pricing for each good for the duration of the contract term.
