Energy efficiency and demand side management (DSM) programs centrally delivered by the IESO are designed to address province-wide and regional and/or local electricity system needs and include programs targeted to commercial, industrial, institutional, on-reserve First Nations, income-eligible and other electricity consumers.To support a broad range of IESO initiatives, including (but not limited to) energy efficiency and DSM activities and programming, through this Request for Vendors of Record (RVOR) the IESO intends to establish Vendor of Record arrangements for the provision of services in the following four categories (as further described in the RFP):1. Engineering Services2. Evaluation Services3. Market Research Services4. Program and Policy Design ServicesThis RVOR was originally posted by the IESO in 2021 and the opportunity has been opened up on an annual basis since then. Vendors who have alreday executed an agreement with the IESO under RVOR-15(a) do not need to reapply for inclusion on the Vendor of Record list unless interested in applying for a new category.
