Target tours are organized on 18 May 2026 and 19.05.2026 in accordance with the separate appendix (schedule of target tours 18.05.2026 and 19.05.2026). Participation in the target tour is mandatory in order to participate in the bidding. The purchase also includes the materials needed for the cleaning work and the machines used for the work is performed. The cleaning is carried out in several different locations in the Mikkeli and Otava areas and in the Ristiina and Suomenniemi areas. The procurement is divided into four (4) different parts: •Section A) covers the Mikkeli area •Section B) covers the Mikkeli area •Section C) covers Otava area •Section D) covers Suomenniemi and Ristiina area Each section should be offered as its own entity. The section cannot be part of an offer, only total offers are accepted. The provider can offer all, part or just one of the sections. Provided the bidder makes a part of the bid section or the bid does not meet the minimum requirements set in the request for bids, it will be rejected in its entirety as contrary to the request for bids.
