It is a procurement exceeding the EU threshold in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016, which includes light traffic maintenance work. Procurement will be arranged tender as an open procedure. The winner of the procurement will be the offer that meets the eligibility criteria and is the most economically advantageous. The overall economic efficiency is evaluated by calculating price points for the offered unit prices so that the cheapest the price gets the maximum points, and the price points of the others are calculated in relation to the lowest price using the formula offered price/lowest price * maximum points. The city of Hämeenlinna is bidding for a super-class enhanced winter maintenance service for the main bike paths. For acquisition Plowing, sanding, snow removal, local removal of snow and spring sand removal and washing of the main cycling routes and related stop areas are included. The aim of the service is to offer high-quality, safe and year-round cycling supportive maintenance on the city's central cycling routes.
