It is a joint procurement, in which the city of Mänttä-Vilppula is also involved subsidiaries (5 pcs). The procurement of occupational health care services is governed by the occupational health care legislation binding on the employer (TTH 1382/2001). Occupational health care services must include functions in accordance with Section 12 of TTH 1383/2001 as preventive activities (KL1 activity). The procurement also includes work capacity-based general practitioner-level medical care (KL 2 activity) in accordance with Section 14 of TTh1383/2001 and possibly other additional/optional services as described later in the request for tenders.
