Tender Details

The city of Hämeenlinna requests offers for laser imaging and aerial imaging materials in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices. The goal of the procurement is Laser scanning and aerial photography, the end products of which the city of Hämeenlinna/customer will receive classified point cloud data and ortho and oblique images. The shooting area is a unified 7, 000-hectare built-up area of Kanta-Hämeenlinna. The ordered material will be used in the production of 3D terrain and city models as well as in various map and geospatial data-based in design, reviews and publications. The procurement will be contracted with one (1) supplier. The contract covers the laser scanning and aerial photography to be carried out in 2026, as well as the archiving of the material created during the work for 36 months. after approval. This is a service procurement in accordance with Procurement Act 1397/2016, the expected value of which exceeds the national threshold value. The procurement is organized as an open tender, with all suitability requirements and minimum requirements eligible bidders may participate.
