This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is being issued by Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) on behalf of WRHN and Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) to obtain proposals from Proponents for the provision of Electrical Contractor Services at all member hospitals. There will be no site visit associated with this RFSQ opportunity.It is the intention that through this RFSQ process, Proponents will qualify to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) list by achieving the minimum score threshold identified in this RFSQ.Vendors who are awarded to the Prequalified VOR list will then be able to bid on future projects for Electrical Contractor Services, as required and requested by member hospital sites, during a second-stage selection process. Future project values may vary, and in some cases, may exceed $10 million.WRHN-s current Prequalified Vendor of Record for Electrical Contractor Services is expired. This RFSQ is to award a new Vendor of Record for Electrical Contractor Services, anticipated to commence December 1, 2026.The initial term of the awarded Prequalified Vendor of Record (VOR) will be two (2) years, with options to extend for an additional four (4) 2-year option periods.
