REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Delivery of impellers for pumps, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1). The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2 and an assortment and price form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2A; All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified compliance by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for the award of public contracts with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Resolution of the Management Board No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The Contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. For the offer the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for proposals is considered the most advantageous. Before selecting the Contractor's offer, it is allowed to negotiate the price with three Contractors, who submitted the most advantageous offers that could not be rejected.
