The Contractor is obliged to submit: - offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to: submitting a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for awarding public procurement contracts with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Resolution Management Board No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the set deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will cause that the offer will be subject to rejection. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation. Before selecting the offer, the Contractor is allowed to conduct price negotiations with the three contractors who submitted the most advantageous offers that cannot be rejected.
