Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: The service of acting as a fire protection inspector in facilities belonging to RCGW S.A., in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order and Annex No. 3 - Essential Provisions of the Agreement. The Contractor is obliged to submit: - an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2; - an assortment and price form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2A; - together with the offer, the Contractor will present the documents referred to in Art. 4 section 2a and 2b of the Act of August 24, 1991 on protection fire protection (Journal of Laws 2025, item 188) authorizing to perform the activities specified in point 9 of the Description of the subject of the order. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the execution of the order must be prepared in Polish. For documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for awarding public procurement contracts with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 PLN net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Management Board Resolution No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the set deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected.
