The contractor is obliged to submit: a) an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2, b) an assortment and price form in accordance with in the form of Annex No. 2A. The contractor is obliged to visit the site of the execution of the subject of the order (in accordance with point 4 of the OPZ) in order to obtain any data that may be useful for preparing the offer and implementing the subject of the order. The cost of the on-site inspection will be borne by the Contractor. An offer submitted by a Contractor who did not complete an on-site inspection will be subject to rejection. The Ordering Party informs that the on-site inspection will take place on: April 27, 2026 at 10:00. Meeting point - Water Park Tychy, ul. Sikorskiego 20, 43-100Tychy, main hall at the entrance to the recreation/sauna area. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the order execution must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for the award of public procurement with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Management Board Resolution No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025.
