REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: Delivery of devices for physicochemical tests for the needs of the Tychy Water Park, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order and Annex No. 4 - Essential Provisions of the Agreement. The Contractor is obliged to submit: - form offer, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2; - assortment and price form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2A; - contractor's declaration of compatibility, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 3. All documents submitted by the Contractor as part of the implementation orders must be prepared in Polish. In the case of documents prepared in a foreign language, the Contractor is obliged to submit a translation into Polish, certified for compliance by the Contractor. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the Regulations for the award of public procurement with a value below PLN 170, 000.00 net, constituting Annex No. 1 to Resolution of the Management Board No. 170/2025 of December 15, 2025. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a quote the subject of the order described in the request for quotation and within the specified deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The offer with the lowest price is considered to be the most advantageous offer presenting the most favorable balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation.
