REQUEST FOR OFFER: Delivery of a battery capping machine adapted to operate penstocks for the needs of the Tychy-Urbanowice Sewage Treatment Plant, in accordance with Annex No. 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer form in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2 and an assortment and price form, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2A. Together with the offer, in the case of offering an equivalent item, the Contractor is obliged to submit the documents indicated in point 8.2 of the OPZ (Annex No. 1), i.e.: Contractor's declaration, in accordance with the template of Annex No. 2B; Catalog card(s). This procedure is being conducted in accordance with the Regulations of RCGW S.A. in Tychy of February 6, 2024, regarding the award of public contracts worth less than PLN 130, 000.00 net. The contractor may submit only one offer in electronic form, with a valuation of the subject of the order described in the request for quotation, observing the specified deadline. deadline. Failure to meet any of the above. conditions will result in the offer being rejected. The most advantageous offer is considered to be the offer with the lowest price or presenting the best balance of price and other requirements/criteria described in the request for quotation. Before selecting the Contractor's offer, price negotiations are allowed with three Contractors who submitted the most advantageous offers that cannot be rejected. The negotiated price must be confirmed in writing by the Contractor.
