The purpose of this procedure is to select a partner to service cyclical production needs in the field of cast iron processing.1. Item orders:Successful delivery of rotary files with carbide head (HM) and steel shank designed for efficient machining of cast iron.2. Key technical requirements: Type of toothing: Required toothing COARSE (Heavy Duty), type MX/Z3 or equivalent (Cross-Cut). Intended use: Roughing and finishing of cast iron (short chip, with chip breaker). Construction: Working head made of sintered carbide (HM) permanently connected (brazed) to a steel, hardened pin with a hardness of min. 45-50 HRC. Attention: Rotary files with Cross-Cut teeth are not allowed.3. Quality Verification and Order Launch (Trial Batch): Before signing the contract for the full quarterly volume, the Ordering Party will order a trial (test) batch of selected items (approx. 5-10 pieces from key models). A positive result of performance tests at the production station is a necessary condition for launching a full quarterly order and establishing permanent cooperation.4.
