Request for Quote - Gravel Crush & Stockpile The Rural Municipality of Touchwood No. 248 (RM 248) will be accepting quotations for the crushing and stockpiling of approximately 20, 000 cubic yards of 7/8” crushed road gravel. Gravel to be crushed as soon as possible. Bids will be accepted until 12:00p.m. on Monday, July 13th, 2026 at the Municipal Office, 102 Main Street, Raymore, SK. Suppliers shall provide their quotation and supporting documents on or before the time and date noted. Specifications Approximately 20, 000 cubic yards of 7/8” crushed road gravel. Aggregate shall be taken from the Nameth Pit, being the SE 20-25-16 W2 Bidders are responsible for inspecting the site to determine the nature of the aggregate to be crushed. Site inspections can be arranged with Council/Reeve by contacting the Municipal Office or Council/Reeve. Screening may be required. Contractors should include a separate price for screening in the event it is required. Contractors should also include a separate price for stripping. Tenders must include A copy of a letter of good standing with WCB Proof of public liability and property damage insurance in the minimum amount of Two Million Dollars ($2, 000, 000.00) An expected start date & finish date.
