Tender Details

JSC "Motor Sich" food processing plant announces a request for price proposals for the purpose of concluding a contract for the supply of seasonal vegetables. Terms of delivery Products are delivered in separate batches in accordance with the Customer's applications in the period from August to October 2026. The delivery period of each batch, its range and quantity are determined in the Customer's application. Before the start of the delivery, the Supplier is obliged to provide samples of the proposed products to evaluate their quality. Delivery address: Zaporizhzhia, str. Motor builders, bldg. 15. Delivery: by transport and at the expense of the Supplier. The cost of delivery must be included in the cost of the product. Requirements for quality and safety of products Quality, safety, technical and consumer characteristics of products must meet the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, relevant state standards, technical regulations and sanitary standards, in particular: the Law of Ukraine "On Basic Principles and Requirements for the Safety and Quality of Food Products" dated 23.12.1997 No. 771/97-VR; the Law of Ukraine "On Information for Consumers on Food Products" dated 06.12.2018 No. 2639-VIII. The product must be fresh, of good quality, without signs of rotting, mold, freezing, damage...
