Silpo-Food LLC announces the collection of price offers for the purchase of paper products to meet its own needs. Within the scope of this purchase, offers for the supply of paper products are considered in accordance with the technical requirements specified in the tender documentation. Payment terms and payment deferral: The basic minimum payment deferral is 75 calendar days. For Suppliers who, at the time of submission of the offer, already have agreed terms with a longer deferral period, the payment term revised by increasing the current postponement by 10 calendar days. A package of documents is added to the announcement, which contains: technical specifications (TOR) with a detailed description of the product, technical characteristics, quality requirements and terms of delivery; a template cost estimates; supply contract template. Requirements for procurement participants: The supplier who submits his price offer to participate in the reduction must provide a completed estimate in accordance with the established template. Price offers submitted without mandatory provision of costing will not be accepted for consideration. Product samples that will be provided for testing may have minimal differences (errors) in comparison with individual technical characteristics (size of tear, roll weight, roll diameter, sheet size) specified in the tender documentation. At the same time, in the case of being identified as the winner of the tender, the supplier is obliged to ensure the supply of goods that fully meet all the declared technical characteristics and requirements specified in the tender documentation.
