This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Infant Nutritional Products, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).The Coordinating Entity intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) or more Supplier(s) to provide the Products and associated services identified in this RFQ.
