This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) Server, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFQ and administering the RFQ process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B - Material Disclosures of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).The Coordinating Entity requires one (1) new rack mount Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) Server, including minimum level of support for CancerCare Manitoba.The term of the contract is to be for a period of one (1) year, which may be extended further based on warranty provisions.
