"Silpo-Food" LLC conducts a request for price offers for services: freight transportation of 5 tons, 10 tons, 20 tons by isotherms/refs (from our warehouses/RC in the Kyiv region to stores in the city of Kyiv and the region), unloading by the driver of a pallet or a rollcage using electric trolley. The procurement procedure is divided into separate lots depending on the period of service provision and the type of transport, namely: Lots #1, 2, 3, 4 - this is our MAIN need for 5t and 10t covers the provision of services within the planned volume for a period of 1 year from July 2026 until July 2027. Lots No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are our ADDITIONAL need for 5t, 10t, 20t, which covers the provision of services for the period November - December 2026. * In November - December 2026, an increase in the need to attract additional transport means. The period for submission of offers lasts until 18:00 on June 11, so it is necessary to submit a price offer by the specified time. The routes are circular (if necessary, on the return journey, the driver returns the container to the RC on the same day). The number of points on the route is from 1 to 6. This must be included in the price without additional payment. Cars must undergo a technical condition check once a quarter at our ATV in the village of Trebukhov. The age of the car is no more than 20 years. The car can make 1-2 flights per day. The driver must clearly arrive for loading by schedule. A mandatory requirement is the availability of a reserve car and a reserve driver in case of force majeure. We work according to the formula below (detailed in Appendix 2 to the contract in the procurement materials): for 5 tons, the cost per flight = 15% (Diesel fuel) + 85% (the rest); for 10 tons, the cost per flight = 25% (Diesel fuel) + 75% (the rest); for 20 tons, the cost per flight = 38% (Diesel fuel) + 62% (the rest).
