In support of conference rooms and social events to be held during the 2026 Council, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) intends to engage one (1) external audiovisual technician to provide comprehensive on‑site audiovisual support throughout the full daily operational hours of the event.The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit quotations for the provision of audiovisual support services.
