The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service -Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure, Supply and Delivery of Single Sofa (Brown) Padded Leather With Wooden Frame with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only
(Php225, 000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the lmplementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions
(Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 23 March 2026 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor's/Business Permit;
c. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized
