The evaluation methodology will be lowest priced most technically acceptable.Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a BPA with the successful Bidder for the supply of the specified services in support of UNOPS- operations. The mechanism will be a cost-reimbursement contract with an estimated ceiling (not to exceed) amount.-----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
