The UNICEF Eastern Caribbean Area Office (ECA) invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Goods. The proposals must be received by the latest 17th February 2026, Tuesday, on or before 23:59 hrs (GMT-4.00 Eastern Time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will not be valid.
