Description : The REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER (ATI-RTC) X, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos (P 602, 890.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Transportation services to ferry ATI Staff Resource Persons, Training participants and materials for various trainings and activities under CFIDP Program for the month of July-September 2026.
The ATI-RTC X used the Small Value Procurement (53.9) as the Procurement Mode. Where the procurement does not fall under Shopping in Section 52 of this IRR and the amount involved does not exceed the thresholds prescribed in Annex “H” of this IRR. The procuring entity shall draw up a list of at least three (3) suppliers, contractors, or consultants of known qualifications which will be invited to submit proposals, in the case of goods and infrastructure projects, or curriculum vitae, in the case of consulting services.
